Job Title: Sterling B2BI Platform Expert and Upgrade Specialist
In Office at least 3 days a week in NYC
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in the Sterling B2BI platform, specifically in performing upgrades and developing unique Business Process Modeling Language (BPML) models. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the seamless functioning of our Sterling B2BI platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end upgrades of the Sterling B2BI Platform Expert and Upgrade Specialist, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current system capabilities and identify areas for improvement during the upgrade process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive upgrade plans, considering factors such as system compatibility, data migration, and user training.
- Design, develop, and maintain unique BPML models tailored to the specific business requirements of our organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement BPML solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to the Sterling B2BI platform, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the Sterling B2BI space, proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to system upgrades and BPML development.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performing Sterling B2BI platform upgrades.
- Strong background in the development of Business Process Modeling Language (BPML) models.
- In-depth knowledge of Sterling B2BI architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
